Discounts

Senior citizen discounts (starting at age 65) and youth discounts (up to the age of 26) are exclusivly available for the categories 4, 5, 6 and 7 for the performances from sunday to thursday. For all other tickets and categories there are no discounts, the price for children starting at age 4 applies. The discount can only be granted, if the date of birth and the name are stated together.

When the order has been placed and the immediate payment has been made by 28 February 2013, the original tickets which are produced in Italy will be sent in a timely manner prior to the performance. For orders after 01 March 2013 and as soon as the amount has been paid and credited to the RCK Medien account, email vouchers will be sent to the email address provided. This voucher will be handed out at the ticket office in Verona, which is located directly at the Arena di Verona, on the day of the performance between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Therefore also short notice orders can be accepted and thus the imponderability of delivery avoided. Please print the voucher and present it together with your I.D. upon ticket collection in Verona. Without the voucher and the I.D. you are not able to collect your tickets. In case the person who placed the order and the person who collects the tickets are not identical, please present a letter of authorization and a copy of the I.D. of the person who placed the order in addition to the voucher. On the voucher you find the precise position of the ticketing office.
For each reservation, regardless of the number of tickets purchased, an administration fee of 20 EUR is charged. From each order RCK Productions Media will donate 5 EUR to "Children and Operas", which invites children to Verona, Salzburg and Bregenz.
For short-termed orders between 30 and 15 days before the performance a supplementary cost of 15 EUR (per order, not per ticket) and for less than 15 days before the performance a supplementary cost of 30 EUR for the increased expenditure will be charged. If you pay with CreditCard it is possible to order until 2 or 3 days before the performance. RCK Medien is not liable for delayed vouchers.
